Yay! Your party is booked! Now it’s time to submit your waiver.
Please review our event policies below, then submit your waiver to finalize your booking.
important rules + info
Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
We require a nonrefundable deposit to confirm your event. We cannot guarantee accommodation of any date or time changes after your party is booked.
Our parties can only accommodate 20 children max. We do not have the seating or staffing available to accompany more than 20.
While the children are in the dance room, parents are welcome to hangout and enjoy some kid-free time in the party room or in our lounge where we broadcast the fun live on our tv.
We provide a decorated table and chair set up for up to 20 children which includes table cloths, plates, napkins and cutlery. We do not provide any table or chair set up for parents.
We do not provide balloons or themed decorations, however you’re welcome to bring any decor of your choosing. Please no confetti, loose glitter or piñatas.
We do not provide goody bags however we do provide free dance class cards to all children in attendance that can be added to goody bags.
We do not provide food or drinks, however we do provide a decorated food table. You may bring any food of your choice. Single package drinks such as juice boxes, water bottles and cans are preferred over open containers and cups to avoid spills. No glassware.
We do not provide a cooler or fridge.
Your party includes exclusive use of our two dance rooms. Our lobby / office is not included in your party package, however parents are welcome to relax and mingle in here while the children are dancing. Children are not welcome to play in our lobby.
You may arrive up to 30 minutes before your event time at no additional cost. Our party room will be fully set up upon your arrival. Arriving more than 30 min early may disrupt another event or class happening. Please be mindful of your allotted time.
Please prepare for departure by your party end time. We allow for 15 minutes of leeway for final goodbyes and exiting. If everyone has not departed by this time, we charge our overtime rate of $25 for each additional 10 minutes.
Extra time may be added pending availability. If you add more time to your party, please note this does not include more dancing or entertainment by our staff. It’s simply the opportunity to have more time in the space. Please email us right away to inquire about reserving extra time.
Remaining balance is due on the day of your party via cash or card. This will include any add ons. Please visit the front desk at the end of your party on your way out to settle your outstanding balance.
Your party package includes our cleaning fee, so leave it all to us! We will take care of all clean up post-party.
You are responsible for any property damage.
