overall studio rules

  • No food or drinks other than water inside the studios.

  • Dancers may not use their cell phones or smart watches during class. Phones should not be visible while inside the studio.

  • No changing at the studio. With only one restroom and no dressing room, we need to avoid dancers changing into their dance attire at the studio. Please arrive to class dressed and ready. We know it may be tricky for dancers coming directly from school, however many families in the past have simply changed in the car before drop off.

  • All children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times unless they are in class.

  • Dreamspace is not responsible for items left behind. Please make sure you check for all your belongings before leaving the studio.

  • Our staff is available during office hours to answer any questions you might have. If you need to speak with your child’s teacher, please call or email to set up an appointment as we rarely have time in-between classes. 

    preschool parent rules

  • All Dreamspace classes are drop off. Our program is not designed for parent participation or observation inside the studio. We understand some of our tiniest dancers may still be getting used to the idea of drop off, so please don’t hesitate to reach out with any concerns! payment policy

cancellation policy

We require written notice via email prior to the 1st of the month if you need to withdraw from classes. For example, we must receive a cancellation notice in January for termination of February tuition. There will be no refund issued for paid tuition & fees (including the current month or previous months). Reminder, costume and show fees are nonrefundable regardless of canceled enrollment or show participation.

missed classes

If your dancer misses class due to illness or other personal reasons, they will be able to make up the missed class in a similar class. There will be no discount or refund issued for missed classes.

private lessons

We require a 24 hour notice for missed private sessions. You will be charged a $25 cancellation fee for failure to cancel or reschedule. Please call or email the office to do so.
