No extra studio rehearsals required!

Dancers will learn and practice show choreography in their regular weekly classes. Each class will learn a routine to perform on stage.

Aside from Dress Rehearsal at the theater, no additional practice time is required EXCEPT those who sign up for the Parent Dance (Friday night rehearsals required).

We must receive a recital agreement form for each dancer to confirm participation in the show.

If you miss the 9/15 sign up deadline, please email the office about participation.

Once you submit your form, you’ll receive a confirmation.

Please review all of the important info and submit the form below.

Each class on our schedule is assigned to either Show 1 or Show 2 [not both]… with the exception of a few teen classes which are assigned to both shows.

For example, if your child is in the Monday 5pm Petite Hiphop class and that class is assigned to Show 1, your child will only perform in Show 1.

If your child is enrolled in multiple classes — we cannot guarantee that all those classes will be assigned to the same show [unless those classes are an all star pairing].

If you have more than 1 child enrolled — we cannot guarantee that siblings will be assigned to the same show. Although we try our best to take this into consideration, it is impossible to coordinate and accommodate every family.

If your dancer is assigned to both shows, here are your options!

1. Opt out of one. Dancers that have classes performing in both shows may choose to opt out of participating in certain class routines. In this scenario, please email the office to confirm.

2. Buy tickets to one show only. If your dancer is performing in both shows, you will need to purchase tickets to both shows if you would like to attend both performances.

3. Buy tickets to both shows and enjoy 2 slightly unique performances! Although our shows follow the same storyline, they are slightly different as we have different classes performing in each show, so each one will offer a different experience with different music and styles!

Costumes are nonrefundable once purchased. There are no refunds in the event of dropped participation.

Each class is assigned a specific costume for the stage. Some classes share the same costume.

If your dancer is in 2+ classes, they may need multiple costumes.

You will NOT be responsible for ordering your own costumes. Dancers will be measured by staff and the studio will order your costumes for you.

Late Costume Orders:
Dancers who sign up after the September 15th deadline will pay an additional shipping fee of $9.99.

You may also be at risk of late arrival or no inventory. Some costumes are limited inventory and some cannot be guaranteed for on time arrival after our deadline.

Show tickets are not included with participation. Anyone occupying a seat in the audience (including parents and family members) will need to purchase a ticket to see the performance.

Performing dancers do not need a ticket as they are backstage with us.

Tickets will go on sale one month before the show.

Parents have the opportunity to perform in our show (for an additional fee) and dance on stage alongside their child in a fun 2 minute routine!

The Details:
open to parents of dancers age 5+ only

• $60 participation fee per parent in addition to your dancer’s $30 show participation fee.

• Spots are limited and first come first served (sign up on your dancer’s participation form)

• One parent per dancer. “Parent” could mean mom, dad, or any adult family member, etc.

• You will perform in your child’s assigned show (either Show 1 or Show 2 — not both). However, if you’d like to perform in both shows, you can pay an additional fee as your fee covers a seat in the audience.

• Includes three mandatory 30 min Friday rehearsals at Dreamspace (see dates below) in additional to the Dress Rehearsal on stage at the theater on Saturday Dec 12th.

Parents that miss rehearsals may forfeit their spot without refund as we typically have others on the waitlist who would love the opportunity to participate. We also want to be sure all performers are ready for the stage.

• Your $60 participation fee covers all rehearsals and free show admission.

• Performing parents will still get to enjoy the full show from the audience.

• Because of the way our show is designed, performing parents will not sit with their families in the audience, however they will get a reserved seat to watch the show.

• No additional costume fees. Parents will simply wear their own fun DIY attire. Dancers will simply wear their regular class costume.

• Parents and dancers will receive a rehearsal video to practice with at home.
